Runs out really quick

Tried it, loved it. Sadly, I'm no longer able to justify that kind of price tag especially when it only lasts 3-4 months (provided if I use sparingly).

I love it!

I am brand new to Drunk Elephant. I have combination to oily skin type. I have tried a mini size of Framboos night serum that I got from Cult bag last year. I loved how my skin reacted after using it so I have decided to try more from this brand. Protini cream is just perfect as a daily moisturizer! I love the packing and it’s great under make up as well. Highly recommend to everyone with this skin type as I was not sure before I bought that skin will soak so easily without leaving it shiny. Looking forward to try more from Drunk Elephant considering the range they have for problematic skin with a lot of dark spots, discoloration and acne! By the way, check the ingredients-pure perfection in jar!

Amazing for oily sensitive skin!

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This stuff is amazing! I tried the lala retro but ended up disappointed and then decided to give this one a go and I'm so glad I did! I have oily, pale skin with clogged pores and rosacea on my cheek area and this is beautiful! My skin is weird - it's either too oily or completely dull so hydrating creams are always a compromise for me cause I have to choose between hydrated but oily skin or "close enough". It leaves the skin soft and hydrated without feeling like I have something on there. I used CT's Magic Cream as it was beautiful for my skin but left it too oily as we're approaching summer. If you have super dry skin, I'm not sure if this will work for you but the formula seems great for oily/combo/normal skin types. If you have dry skin you might need to apply some oil on top.

Clogging pores

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

It's a nice light moisturiser, quick to apply and with no problems absorbing. It also work nicely with other DE products. However it tends to clog my pores resulting with whiteheads, even though my skin is more on a dry side in general.

Not Worth The Money!!!

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

I purchased the protini at the end of January after enjoying the mini's. I felt the la retro included in the mini's was a bit too thick and oily for my skin so I decided to splurge and give the protini a go. And I hate to admit that I love this moisturiser, it plumped my skin beautifully and I've been radiantly glowing since using. HOWEVER, it ran out last Saturday, not even 3 MONTHS since opening! I don't know if I received one that was half used or what because I do 1 pump a day if that! I've opened it up as suggested by others but nope it's completely empty. I'm incredibly disappointed and unhappy with this and therefore cannot recommend nor can re-buy as it simply DOESN'T last. £57 every 2 months is insane. Again maybe I was sent one that wasn't full but that's also an issue that I've not been sold the full amount. When I tried the la retro in this the mini's 10ml lasted about 5/6 weeks so there's no way 30ml would not even make 3! Incredibly disappointed.

Acne-rosacea

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

The best moisturizer for my very sensitive, combination, acne-prone, and rosacea-prone skin.Doesn't cause acne and does a brilliant job with moisturizing the skin without making it oily. Nothing compares, will keep buying forever.

In the beginning, it feels heavy, but in the end, my skin feels so hydrated. Make up glides beautiful.
