The DRx SpectraLite FaceWare Pro from Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare is a next-gen full-face model light therapy device that targets various complexion concerns.
Ideal for all skin types, this tool features 162 LED lights and has three treatment options to choose from: red light therapy, blue light therapy or red *and* blue light therapy. Red LEDs reduce the look of fine lines, wrinkles, dark spots and redness, whereas blue LEDs minimise the appearance of blemishes and help to prevent future breakouts. With this, you can expect to see skin that looks firmer and clearer in a matter of mere weeks; we're struggling to think of a reason not to snap one up...
After cleansing, place device comfortably over the face, securing strap around head. Press and hold power button for two seconds to turn on device, select light setting (red, blue, red and blue) and use for the programmed treatment time of three minutes. Remove device and follow with a serum and/or moisturiser of your choice.

Red light is great, blue light not so great
I've had this mask for around 14 months and have used it most days, (apart from when I've been away) usually in the evening watching telly and I use it until the battery runs out. Initially the battery lasted for 45 mins with both red and blue lights together but it only lasts around 12 minutes now. I then continue with just the red light and then just the blue light until the battery dies. This is usually around a further 20 minutes between both lights. The red light feature is great, there are noticeable differences to the texture and how firm my skin looks. The blue light isn't so great, I still get just as many breakouts as I did before. Nothing seems to work long term for these unfortunately! It's expensive but I would buy it again just for the red light feature as I'm getting old but it's not a miracle cure for breakouts.

Clears my acne

A positive start!
I had been looking at this mask for ages but never actually taken the plunge.. It’s expensive! So I asked for it as my big birthday gift. I’ve used it daily since then (granted only 7 days) but I’m sure I can see a difference in my skin texture already?! It’s super easy to use and I’m pretty thrilled so far. I've been using this on and off for about 4 months and I haven't noticed any results. However, I have been really inconsistent because I don't have time to use this very often. It's not very comfortable to have on and you're not able to see out properly so you cant do chores whilst having it on.

No regrets
Took a while to justify the price tag of this mask and just purchase it, but I have been loving it ever since. It has only been a couple of weeks so I cannot review the full effect yet but it is definitely helping to reduce the occasional spots. It doesn't quite cover the jawline so I do a second round with the mask upside down which also covers the neck at the same time. Absolutely loving the fact it's only 3 minutes a day. After using this daily I'm really glad to not have gone for another one that requires 10-20 min treatments every day.
