Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. I initially was going to write a bad review because this product can be a lot of effort (sectioning the hair to apply, drying with tension, etc.) and I didn't see that big a difference in the shininess of my hair. And to be honest, its quite pricey. BUT OMG did my opinion change. I spent all evening outside on a rainy day, and inadvertently walked home in the rain. Whereas my hair would usually frizz up and go from straightened hair to a curly mess, I woke up this morning with IMMACULATE hair. This really is an anti-frizz spray. I will sadly be purchasing the bigger and pricier size because I am now hooked.

I absolutely love this stuff - it only works if you saturate your hair, a couple of sprays wont give the full effect. The blowdry I get after using this is volumous, smooth, and soft. It lasts for 4 washes before you need to reapply. I only bought the travel size to try it, but when I run out i'm getting the large size. (I have mid length 2B type hair)
