Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. Blow dry each section using a brush to hold hair taut. Requires blow-drying to activate. For best results, use every three to four washes.

I have very fine, bleached hair that suffers from the dreaded frizz but also looks lank if I don't wash it daily. This product is just fantastic! I sectioned my hair and gave it a good spray and even after washing twice, it still makes my blow dry look salon perfect. I’m really impressed with this. I have really thick/coarse hair and this spray helps to smooth it out before I straighten it. I don’t section my hair (like the instructions say) as I find I use too much so I spray 4 pumps into my hand and pull it through with my fingers on one side then the other and I find this works better for me.
