Perfect colour and consistency
This concealer is the perfect colour for me. I chose it online using the photographs of women's complexions and was relieved that it is such a perfect match. The sponge applicator works well. Getting the cap off is tricky. I've been using it daily for over a month now and am very happy. It looks natural and stays on all day. Definitely, the best I've ever had. Blends in perfectly with the Charlotte Tilbury eye shadow and blush that I use.

Believe the bad reviews. Do not waste your money
I read the reviews but thought it would be OK and purchased anyway, the product is impossible to use. You have to twist about 50 times to get the first but of product, and then the window is already showing as a lot of product being used up, and then when you do try to open it it is impossible. It is like the lid is stuck on and of course made in a shiny material so there is no chance of grip to open it, and to be honest the sponge applicator is quite strange, I feel like it is dirty already. I will end up not using this and discarding it, which is a shame as the actual product is good, it is just impossible and very frustrating to use!

Good product with bad packaging
I love the product itself, but the issue is actually getting it out. You click-click-click and bam- half of it is out on the applicator. The lid makes a vacuum with the liquid on the sponge and you can’t open. If the package changes I will be buying this again as it is so soft, good for dry skin and works well over fine wrinkles.

You have to twist it up half way on the first use meaning it doesn't last very long. It's also very thick and heavy on the skin.

This is bad
It was nice that I could try with a sample. This is a bad concealer, sorry. Unbelievable wrinkles & creases will show you up around the eyes..Nightmare!! And the t-zone area you applied as high-light will get so oily.

Not enough product
The concealer itself is highly pigmented however had to twist the wand up so much for the first use, only lasted 2 weeks. Not worth the money in my eyes :(

Lasted two weeks
I really liked this concealer, but my experience was the same as many others. By first use, I had to twist it up halfways - but it only contains 4 ml!! I only used it under my eyes and it lasted me exactly 2 weeks :-(

Great formula but horrible sponge
I hate the sponge applicator but the product itself is soooo nice. It blends into the skin with medium & buildable coverage, I wish CT will improve the packaging!!!

Horrible packaging
The concealer itself is pretty nice, a little drying on me and it often cakes under the eyes or disappears in the day. But the packaging is awful !!! Half-empty, the sponge is gross after few uses, not recommend at all!
