Couldn't live without

Though it would be more exfoliating
This is the first product of this sort I have bought and was a bit underwhelmed by it. I though it would be easier to use/feel the exfoliation on my scalp. Since it's the first one can't say if its from this product or all physical scalp exfoliants. I do prefer the glycolic/salicylic acid ones in comparison.

I would call it a scalp scrub rather than a shampoo. Thanks to exfoliating properties, it helps with itchy scalp. Keep in mind that this shampoo has a minty aroma and a tingling feeling, so I prefer to use it only in the summer.

I have fine thin hair and only shampoo it fully once a week (I wash just my front pieces in between) So when I do my full wash I need to know my scalp is being cleansed well.
