Not for my skin type
I have a mix of dry and oily skin and when I apply makeup over it, it separates over time and rolls off my skin so my makeup ends up patchy during the day. Also when I Apply skin tint on it becomes like a play dough and I have to drench my skin with setting spray to be able to blend my makeup, just for it to be ruined later anyways. I know it’s not the tint because when I used it without this it was perfectly fine
