Great for a post-workout hydration boost!
I drink a glass of this every day after my workout and find that it helps to replenish hydration levels. I'm not the biggest fan of the flavour as the acidity of the fermented ingredients does come through followed by the sweetness of the stevia, but I feel as if it's doing me good so will continue to take for the foreseeable future.

Tasty and effective
I ordered the sample set from The Beauty Chef and this is the one I reordered in full size. It is the tastiest one, good just in water but also in smoothies, you notice the effect in your digestion first and your skin later.
