The KJH 2 Piece Brush Set brings together two essential brushes for creating a glowing complexion. Each brush features luxury cream coloured synthetic bristles adorned by a robust pale gold-hued copper ferrule and sits atop glossy olive-toned handles made from FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) sustainable wood.
Introducing the stars of this complexion dream team... A gorgeous versatile tool, Brush 03 is a staple cheek brush that features duo-fibre bristles and can be paired with both creams and powders. Brush 06 is a classic foundation brush that we are all familiar with; traditionally used for creams and liquids, Katie also recommends using it for precise powder placement.
To clean add a small amount of soap (or your ride-or-die brush cleanser), rinse thoroughly with water and allow the brushes to lie flat while drying to avoid weakening the handle.

Gorgeous brushes
Bought this after following KJH for a while and they did not disappoint. I ended up later getting the 11 piece set too, however, out of all the brushes, somehow only the 03 one from this set had some glue issues after a few months of careful washing and it now needs extra care during cleaning because some bristles would otherwise come out. I use the 06 foundation brush more to apply powder under the eyes and press it into the skin than a foundation brush (I prefer a denser brush for base application). Good quality overall!

sorry, but the bristles were not it
It's an ok couple of brushes, but the bristles are pretty stiff and plasticky. Foundation always ends up looking streaky. For the price, I'd say pass on this one. Maybe the eye ones are as good as the hype, but this is not where you "need" to spend you money...

03 for the win
I think everyone who does make up could use the number 3 brush in their collection. It quickly became my most used brush because you can use it in literally every step of your makeup application process. The number 6 is - okay.
