With a cooling metal applicator, the Phyto Cernes Eclat Concealer is ready to deliver serious concealment to those dark under eyes.
Formulated with a mixture of red vine, arnica, and Ginkgo biloba, this tinted concealer not only masks dullness with its ultra-pure pigments but reduces puffiness and signs of fatigue too. Featuring a cooling metal applicator, it immediately begins to calm and soothe the eye area, while applying a creamy, supple concealer. Plus, with the addition of caffeine, soy peptides and horsetail extract, the make up marvel reduces the look of eye bags, while smoothing out lines day-after-day. Rested and brighter eyes? We like the sound of that.
Using light strokes, apply the metallic tip to the eye contour for a cool decongesting effect. Then, apply Phyto-Cernes Eclat with the brush or by tapping with the fingertips, moving from the interior to the exterior corner of the eye. May also be used as a concealer. Wash the brush regularly with soap and water. Allow to air dry.

The best ever
This produce is the best under eye concealer I have ever tried.   It also doesn’t change colour throughout the day.  I feel it is worth the money, totally recommend, plus you get the brush with it which it brilliant too.

This produce is the best under eye concealer I have ever tried.  I have a protruding vein under my eye which I feel very self conscious about and this covers it beautifully without leave a cakey look.  It also doesn’t change colour throughout the day.  I feel it is worth the money, totally recommend, plus you get the brush with it which it brilliant too.
