Apply an even amount of Hydra Prep Gel onto clean skin. Choose the desired attachment and speed (we recommend starting with a low intensity) and gently glide over skin using a slow, rhythmic motion. Target forehead, jowls and neck with the Disc Attachment. Target crow’s feet and nasolabial lines with the Precision Ball Attachment. Treat each area for 2-5 minutes for no more than 10 minutes at a time. When finished, remove any excess Hydra Prep Gel with a damp cloth or rinse clean.

Very relaxing
This is expensive, but it is a pleasure to use, battery lasts for a while and it is very enjoyable and relaxing. Have I seen any difference yet (after about 5 weeks)...not really and I am using as per instructions. Having said that, my skin is in good shape for the most part, so perhaps any effects won't be too dramatic. We shall see...

Home spa experience
This tool definitely brings the spa into your own bathroom. I'm not sure about the impact on fine wrinkles as I mostly use it around the mouth and jaw area, but it delivers what I wanted in terms of glow and overall skin feeling.
