Step 1: Holding the massager at right angles to the face, push and roll The Facialift from the chin to the ears allowing the wishbone to separate on each side of the jaw, avoiding the cheekbones.
Step 2: Push and roll either side of the neck front to back.
Step 3: Hold the rollers together and use the flat disc tapper to tap all over the face to plump and increase blood flow. Focus on bony areas and eye contour.
For an at-home facial repeat each movement 6 times.
To clean: Wash in warm soapy water.

Amazing for TMJ Relief!
I've been suffering with TMJ for quite some time and this has helped ease the muscle pain in my jaw, especially when used in the evening, making it easier to get to sleep at night. I use on a damp face after cleansing and before applying my nightly skincare routine and it really helps to relax my tense jaw muscles and wind down before bed. I'm waking up less during the night and also my jaw and teeth are less achy upon waking up, it's helped a lot. Love it!

Great for grinding
I grind my teeth alot at night and i noticed massaging with my hands helped so I decided to purchase this to be able to massage better. I feel like it helps me to relax. Can't comment on how it affects aesthetics though.

Good, I think
This tool certainly gets the blood flowing to the skin, which is one of the aims. To begin with it is quite stiff and you may have to help spread the arms, but I imagine with use it could get a bit slack, so I'm not sure about how long it will be effective. Too soon to have noticed any improvement in my jowls, but I am optimistic that it will help.

Very effective
I like this facelift device. I use it morning or evening. Especially good with ESPA night balm or facial oil. You can feel how effective it is when your face gets pinky.
