Love it
For me, this has been an amazing addition to my skincare regime. It’s definitely a higher price tag, but as I have large pores, for me it was so worth it. My skin tone is much more even, and my pores are less of an issue. I’ve repurchased this again. Expensive, but for me a must have!

Ok, this is a game changer.
I’ve tried niacinamide by other brands before but none are comparable to this one. My skin is GLOWING in the morning and pores are looking smaller!

Worth the price
Niacinamide has been a skincare staple of mine for a very long time and I felt it was time to find a formula with a stronger concentration. I have used a few other products from the brand in the past which I've been very happy with so decided to give this a go despite it being quite pricey for the amount you get. I've been using it for over 2 months now and I'm not even half way through the bottle. A little goes a long way so from that point of view the price won't put me off repurchasing this in the future. I have quite sensitive skin but have experienced no issues with this apart from occasional light tingling when first applied. I only apply at night time but the product absorbs well and sinks into the skin very quickly and I've noticed no issues with pilling or it not working well with other products, so imagine it will sit well under make-up if used in the mornings.

Amazing!
Been using this for over a week now and this product is amazing. My skin feels so soft and my pores have reduced. Its still early days to see any reduction in fine lines and wrinkles but I will continue to use this and will purchase again.

Good but quite expensive
I really liked this serum but I’m not sure using a 20 percent niacinamide solution gave me any greater visible benefits than a standard (cheaper) 10 percent strength solution. On the plus side, it didn’t cause any irritation and is fragrance free which is important for my sensitive skin.

good treatment serum
i use this treatment serum every day and it's a lovely product. i am not sure if it's worth going to the 20% as i cannot see much different to the ones i used before that had 10% niacinamide. a bit pricey but if you like this brand, it's a very solid product.
