Dries out quickly
I love this eyeliner and have bought it before. When I went back to it, the initial results were great and I couldn’t think why I don’t always buy it. It glides on, is super black and gives a fine line. But if you don’t replace the cap with a click, it’s done for. And even with doing that I feel like it’s drying out after a couple of weeks. Such a shame it doesn’t last longer.
