Amazing at first but seems to have stopped working now
When I first took these I was amazed at the positive effects I felt and thought I had finally found the probiotic that worked for me. However within about 2 weeks, this had stopped and although I think I am better on them than not, I do feel disappointed that they seemed to have stopped working so well. I am on my second jar and will stay on them for now as I would say they are the best of all the probiotics I've tried, just sad that the effects petered out.

My favourite probiotic
Maybe it's a placebo effect, but it's the only probiotic that actually never made me bloat more. I can't say if my acne improved thanks to it, because I take multiple other supplements, but I enjoyed it. I wish it was a little cheaper because I found Lactospore from less elegant brands for less money.

On my third round of this, good stuff
A lot of supplements you can't really tell if it's doing anything. Well. This works on your digestive system so, without putting too fine a point on it, there are ways of gauging if it's doing something... and it definitely has a 'regulating' effect in a good way. Big fan of this brand, I just wish they did an all-rounder multivitamin as well.

Superb
i'm not a review kinda guy even though I buy a lot of (skin) Care products. But every now and then I make an exception for an extraordinary product...like this one! I had a lot of problems with IBS but after a week using these I already noticed a big change...way less bloated and even my toilet visits went back to normal! 6* if you ask me!

Not great
I was previously taking Optibac which was fine but didn’t always keep me regular/help with bloating and it didn’t seem to make much difference when I didn’t take them. While it’s hard to tell which stomach issues the Nue didn’t seem to do anything except make my bloating worse so I have stopped taking them. Appreciate everyone’s digestive system is different but for the price I expected more especially as you’re meant to take 2 so it’s 55 quid for a month.

Great packaging but can’t tell if it works
Nice amber bottle and packaging, but after religiously popping 2 in the morning everyday for the first month, I honestly can’t tell whether it has a significant effect on my skin and “wellbeing”. It has however subconsciously made me drink more water and down a green juice to go with it, so perhaps a combination of all these factors has made a slight improvement to my complexion. Just sharing honest thoughts!

WOW! SO GOOD! Ok, so, I've been having issues with indigestion. Symptoms like frequent acid reflux and constipation. Feeling sluggish and scared of eating the 'wrong' foods in case it flares up the reflux and bloating. Well, literally one day after taking these super pills, the bloating stopped completely and acid reflux said bye-bye. I can't believe all it took was these pills and i was all good to go! Constipation is a thing of the past and i can now eat everything with no fear of any gastric problems!! If you're looking for something that'll help your digestive issues, don't hesitate to try these! Life-changing!!
