Didn’t notice a difference
Unfortunately I didn’t notice a difference with these. I was taking them in combination with other vitamins though, so perhaps I didn’t give them a fair trial.

Didn’t work
I bought these for bloating along with nue prebiotics and sadly they haven’t worked for me. Taken as directed but don’t reduce bloat at all. I bloat badly after eating but these don’t reduce it. Have contacted doc as maybe underlying issues that these are not able to help with.
