Disappointed
This drags on my eyelids and you can't retract the liner - bit of a design fault there. This is a shame as the pigment is good but I won't be buying again

Absolutely useless
this pencil is not oil-resistant, it’s smudged in 20 minutes, completely disappear in 4 hours. Very very disappointing. Dark brown nearly black, it’s more like faded black.

Maybe j chose thw wrong colour, I got shade 5. I can hardly tell im wearing it and it's a nightmare to get a strong line in this colour. I wanted a more subtle look. Ut I wanted to see it's there. I'm disappointed after reading the other reviews so it leads me to believe its just the colour that's the issue.
