1. Start with clean, dry hair. Make sure your hair is free from any oils or products to ensure maximum light penetration.
2. Place the headband on your scalp. Begin by positioning it at the front hairline. If it feels stiff or snug, don't force it-gently adjust it or try placing it from the back of your head instead. Head shapes vary, and due to the nature of this device it may take a moment to find the most comfortable way to place it on.
3. Adjust for better coverage. If the headband is positioned too far back or begins to slip, you can adjust it further back or forward as needed. If necessary, use a small hair claw clip to help hold it securely in place.
4. No need to separate your hair. The LED bristles are designed to penetrate through the hair, so simply slide the headband back across the areas where you want to encourage hair growth.
5. Use for 15 minutes per session per spot. Focus on one section of your scalp at a time. If needed, you can move the headband back and do another 15-minute session on a different section. However, avoid using the headband for more than 30 minutes total per day.

Comprehensive Review
Okay I have been using for a few months now and here is my feedback. Great for hair line and crown, this is a headband not a helmet so those expectations need to go. It does need to have to be re charged every 4-6 uses but makes sense, small battery tons of light emitted. Its powerful, and the bristles go down to the scalp where the light needs to be so I start by putting it on hairline for babyhairs, then move it backward and backward, sometimes I use a cip to hold it in place if its all the way back almost upside down (depends where i am targeting) At first it did seem tight but after about 5 uses it did loosen up! I had some questions and reached out to solaris and they got back to me fast so thats a good backup. Growth, I saw it after maybe 4 weeks mark when there was way less shedding on my brush pillow etc, and thinning spots seemed less noticeable. Baby hairs grew out longer than I have ever seen so YAAAAS, it works! Be patient, its a device, not a miracle worker you have to use it and take care of your scalp and stress levels. I use it 5 days a week and give my scalp rest for 2 days. It has been amazing but results were not overnight thats reality. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain its worth it.

Loses charge after 1-2 uses
I had really high hopes for this item. Unfortunately it loses charge after 1-2 uses meaning I’m constantly having to recharge it. It doesn’t seem to operate properly/efficiently. It’s therefore hard to assess the impact it could have on hair growth. But I’ve been very disappointed. It looks and feels very cheap/plastic and as mentioned- loses charge so constantly runs out whilst trying to use it. I think I’ll be returning.

Have been using it for a week now and have a positive impression so far. The headband is easy to wear, comfortable and doesn't slide off while walking around. It is too soon to see any results but I am optimistic :)
