A decent cleanser
But ineffective at removing makeup- stings my eyes a bit too.

Simply good
I love REN as a brand and in particular there cleansers. The no. 1 purity cleansing balm gets rid of all makeup and dirt in one go - it smells beautiful (slightly herbal and rosy) - and leaves the skin soft, smooth and balanced... the only con: it stings in the eyes... so I have to use something else to remove mascara etc.. the tube is perfect for travelling and super hygienic. One tube lasts me around 4-6 month, so even the price is fab!

One step make up remover!
Lovely scent and removes water-proof eye make-up without stinging the eyes. The balm needs some warming up between my palms before massaging it on your face. I lather with water to rinse off instead of wiping with a towel. Follow with a gentle foam cleanser for a thorough cleanse as I have combination skin and live in a tropical climate. Ren products are always effective yet gentle. Only wished it came in a larger tube as it is rather pricey for 100ml!

A spa experience in a tube!
This cleanser is gentle and gorgeous. At first the balm is a little tricky coming out of the tube as it is quite thick. However, once warmed in your hands this transforms to a luxuriously soft texture that spreads easily over the skin. Honestly, this is such an enjoyable product to use - I spend quite a bit of time massaging over my face and neck, making sure to inhale the beautiful scent. It comes off easily with the provided cotton cloth (a soft flannel would do, as well). Skin is smooth, hydrated and happy! Another fabulous product from Ren.
