Morning and evening. Apply to dry skin and gently massage over face, neck and closed eyes to remove dirt and makeup.
Rinse hot cloth in warm water and place over face to open pores, then lightly polish off the cleanser to reveal purified, refreshed skin. Rinse face with cool water.

This stuff is amazing!
I’m so surprised at the negative reviews, but I suppose they just missed the old formula (never tried). REN is simply amazing! They use fantastic ingredients and after using this cleanser, my face has never felt so soft. I used it with the REN muslin cloths like it said to and the result was beautifully soft skin, which smelt amazing! This cleanser has a lovely scent, without the harsh chemicals, the fragrance is all natural and better than most synthetic fragrances! This has helped clear up my acne as well as clear up my dry patches and applying makeup after has never been so smooth! I use it twice a day, in the morning and in the evening then I use makeup remover and go in with this after. A little amount goes such a long way and I can see this lasting me ages! Definitely buy.

New formula not the same
I've been buying this for years - used to be a proper balm and comparable to Eve Lom or even Emma Hardie. It no longer is. Ren have changed the formula for the worse - it is now just a medium-consistency cream, does not melt into the skin or take makeup off properly, leaving traces of mascara behind running down my face. It also no longer conditions the skin. Please REN bring back the old formula!

This is more of a cream than a balm consistency
This used to be my favourite cleanser for my 1st cleanse at night! Unfortunately they have changed the formula from a wonderful balm to more of a thick cream consistency - which I find irritates my eyes, something the old formula didn’t do. Such a shame! Ren please release a cleansing balm!!

Perfect hot cloth cleanser
Love this hot cloth cleanser for removing my make up and just as a cleanser. Leaves my dry skin soft without leaving it painfully dry. Decent price and a little goes a long way.
