Great product overall
I am on my second pack because firstly I wanted to continue to see the effects better and secondly because the instructions say to take 2-4 pills a day which means 60 pills (1 pack) lasts maximum 1 month (short time for results). I take 2 pills in the morning because I don't have major issues at the moment. It seems to calm my skin overall. That doesn't mean I don't get s pimple or two occasionally but they are not as inflamed and go away faster. Plus it helps with my rosacea. Just to clarify, I have very mild acne and very mild rosacea and the product does give me relief. Also, it helps control my oily skin in these summer months. PS: You should never expect a widely available food supplement sold on a beauty website and not prescribed by a medical professional to treat your acne if it is quite advanced. PS2: The seal breaks after a few weeks so the pack doesn't close properly but personally it doesn't bother me.

Not worth the money
I had really high hopes for this product After reading the reviews and after taking for a whole month they have made no difference to my skin or hair at all . The only thing I have noticed is my nails are a lot stronger - sadly won’t be buying this product again and definitely not worth the money.

Genuinely a great product :)
Another great product I use daily. I take two capsules in the morning with a glass of collagen shot. Honestly by far an essential for me even as a student totally worth the money. I have oily cyst acne skin which I have been fighting to reduce for 5 years and this has topped it off amazingly! Oily face and t zone has more than halved, I don't have to blot my face during the day anymore which is a godsend really. Cysts have gone down to 1 or 2 every 3 months. Which is a massive difference from what I originally had! Skin looks healthier, brighter, softer!! Even when I have a mad chocolate and crisps weekend this helps to reduce my usually face explosion of sugar and fat-related triggers! Added bonus :) I have been using these for around 3 months and would never go without again!
