The youth-preserving blend is centred around hydration, repair and renewal; it's loaded with bakuchi seed (distilled into oil according to Ayurvedic tradition), a powerful herb that counters skin discolouration and hyperpigmentation to reveal an even skin tone. Lotus flower extract then lends the blend helpings of fatty acids and protein to balance your skin, regulating sebum production to prevent clogged pores and blemishes. Finally, a blend of amla, bibhitaki and haritaki (three nutritious botanicals) helps to protect your skin, supporting protein levels and moisture retention in order to leave your skin looking royally rested.

Better than I originally thought, but still not great
I was the very first reviewer of this product and the one who gave it two stars. Despite not being impressed, I persevered, and here are my observations, for what they are worth. I've got used to the smell and I actually like it now. I still don't like the packaging, but it's no biggie. With the cream itself, I've found that less is better. If I apply very very little (when there is literally no cream left on my fingers and they are just a little bit moist), it works OK and my skin feels fine afterwards. Whenever my skin feels dry and I get too generous, I end up with a lot of peeling when I apply my make up, regardless of how long I wait. My opinion is that it works better as a night cream, but it may depend on your skin type. I really like the brand's serum and the cleanser, so I'd say give it a try and see if it works for your skin. It doesn't really work for mine, which is why I don't think I'll be buying it again, but then lots of people clearly love, I believe the brand overall is great.

Luxury hydrating face cream
From the moment I used this cream I knew it was created to be excellent. It’s super hydrating, not oily, it smells beautiful and so soft to apply. My face is now healthy, hydrated and all using the very best ingredients. The extraction method used must be unique to Ranavat and what has resulted in this exceptional cream.

Beautiful, soft and smooth skin
I bought this before Christmas and it smells so divine. I use this every night before I go asleep and I love how it feels on my skin and it sinks in immediately for me. I have oily skin and even though the consistency is thick it’s perfect for a bedtime cream/evening for me. I would highly recommend and p.s the packaging is just so so beautiful too!

Absolutely love this cream! It’s not too heavy. I have combination sling and have noticed a very healthy glow in 3weeks. It’s not oily at all and it smells amazing!

Really soothing moisturiser for acne prone skin. I use it in combination with the radiant rani serum. Perfect for the winter months when my skins tends to be a bit drier, a little goes a long way.

Nourishing and repairing
I have been using this product for almost 3 weeks now. My skin is sensitive, normal to dry and I suffer from dry patches and peeling during winter. Usually I use about 4 layers of products as part of my skincare routine (plus spf). However, since I started using Eternal Reign, I only use 2 products plus spf. I use a serum and this thick, rich cream which feels like it will be heavy and an oily mess on my face, BUT NO! It sinks into the skin without any oily or greasy residue after a few minutes and keeps my face hydrated all day. I work outside for about 5 hours daily and even in the chilly winds, no more patchy dryness or peeling skin! Really impressed with this cream. When it gets warmer I will probably switch to nighttime use. The only downside is the price. It is expensive although I feel this jar will last me a while and I use fewer products; so worth the investment.
