Beautiful Powder, Terrible Packaging & Do Small!
Love Pat McGrath products but they are sooooooo expensive. So I had high my expectations . It needed to be worth my hard earnt coins! Received it in a packet with 50 Gold sequins! Why? This product does not need gimmicks! It needs better designed packaging. Disappointed with the small size & tiny mirror. No puff either. Powder is very delicate, soft & application with a brush & puff there is alot of fall out. Not convinced it brightens, blurrs and smooths on my brown skin.

Gorgeous finishing (not setting) powder
I learned the difference between finishing and setting powders with this product. It's true: this blurs without drying or mattifying the skin to the point you'd need to reapply highlighter. It makes the skin look soft and flawless. Just don't use it as a setting powder.

Gorgeous pressed powder
I didn’t think anything could rival my beloved CT flawless finish powder but this does. I used this to set my under eyes and other brightened areas in place before going in with loose powder and baking and it was absolutely gorgeous and flawless. It seems am to have a stronger hold than CT without feeling dry and layers well.

Unreal finish!!
I saw this powder being compared to my favourite Charlotte tilbury setting powder and thought to give it a try and was not disappointed. I have quite deep set eyes and dark circles and I find that some finishing powders take away the coverage and emphasis the hollows. This powder does exactly the opposite and provides the MOST FLAWLESS finish!

Effective product, poor packaging
Let me start with the good points first - this product does reduce the look of dark circles and adds a brightness under your eyes. I needed a few layers but I could see the difference. Unfortunately, despite the fabulous outer packaging, the powder disk was loose. Apparently the blob of glue at the bottom did not stick to the powder and it is now rattling around in my kit, I'm sure it will break soon..very disappointing, especially for the price.

So soft
I’ve used setting powders before, but only really to keep shine down, or to help stop my liquid eyeliner from spreading, so I was a bit skeptical about what would be so great about this. But oh my gosh, it’s just beautiful. Blotted over well applied under eye concealer, this makes my under eye circles disappear. The concealer does a great job, but it always still looks like I’m wearing make up. But with this on top, you’d be hard pushed to tell what’s natural and what’s hidden. When I take my make up off at night, after a solid 12-14hrs wear, my under eyes are still as soft as velvet - this stuff DOES NOT BUDGE. Sensational. Genuinely.

Not Good - Dry and Pore-emphasising
I've never regretted buying a foundation more. I don't have dry skin, but according to this foundation, yes I do. It sticks in every pore and makes my quite smooth skin look dry, emphasising the size of my pores. Also, I'm pale, but I'm not the palest person I know. So I went for 'Light 2'. It definitely is not the colour is looks and has a slightly warm, orangey look compares to my real skin - still pale but definitely a bit orange, like orange through translucent paper. This foundation, for me, was an expensive throwback to 2010, when foundations were dry and pale tones were orange. massively regret this purchase.
