Used alongside No. 0, it really helped my hair. I like that you use them on dry hair before shampoo as other treatments often require you to wash your hair first, then use it then rinse it out again!

I think it's doing something?
I'd like to think it's doing something, my hair does feel soft when I rinse it out in the shower. I use Olaplex No.0 on my hair first, leave for 10 mins then use Olaplex No.3 and leave for around half an hour / an hour. Then wash with the Olaplex shampoo and conditioner. I'd say the leave in conditioner is my favourite Olaplex product, this I could probably live without. It's nice, but I can't tell if it's working or not - but then again, I'm not a hair professional either.
