A staple but not with ALL formulas
Makes your shimmers pop and helps with longevity for about 80% of shimmers. For the rest it exacerbates creasing so 2 star knocked off for that.

This is a fantastic eyeshadow primer which works amazingly for glitters and pigments and really makes them ‘pop’. You need the smallest amount for each eye so a tube should last a long time. This is one of the only products that really keeps eyeshadow in place and I couldn’t be without it. Very impressed and so affordable too.
