Sadly a 3 :(
Lovely packaging, lovely bottle, great amount of product, however, just reacted with my skin. Caused me to have not tiny like Mila but small lumps under my eye and on my eyelid where I used the product. When I first used the product this effect was immediate the following day and I left it a week the small lumps cleared then used it again and they appeared again. I was so gutted because I have heard such amazing things about this product. It just didn’t agree with my skin. That’s the thing with skincare you literally don’t know how it’ll agree with your skin unless you try it. But I know loads of people who absolutely love this product, so if you have the money and want a great eye serum give it a go, hopefully it’ll work well for you!

Holy Grail
I have been using this for about 3 years now. I have deep-set eyes, and my eyelids have always had a lot of skin. I noticed that the hoods were starting to fall a bit. This serum lifted them back. As a bonus, it did wonders for the dark circles under my eyes. It has not done much about emerging crowfeet, but still, this is a keeper for me.

I'm not seeing what the hype is about
Been using this daily for three or so weeks now and see zero difference. I even started off just using it on my right eye, for over a week, to be able to tell if it was working. After that time, there was no visible difference with my left eye, so now I'm using it on both eyes to finish it up. I'll stick with my Bobbi Brown Extra Repair Eye Cream as that seems to be the one that makes a difference for my skin.

Thought it was rubbish but then saw the light
I used bottle after bottle of this because the reviews were generally glowing. However I could see no difference to the crows feet around my eyes so was seriously thinking about giving it up. However, one day when I looked at myself in a good light I noticed that some of the finer lines around my eyes had faded considerably. I think it makes a visible difference to very fine lines but don't expect miracles to deeper, more dynamic ones. I'll keep using this whilst it's still available.

Disappointed
My only concern is fine lines and I bought this because of the reviews hoping to minimise them. Despite using it morning and night for several weeks I have not seen any difference. You only need a small amount of the product so it lasts a long time but for me, it just doesn’t work

Great eye product
I’ve tried many eye creams over the years as I consistently have dark circles and fine lines under and around my eyes. This product is the best that I’ve tried and I’ve been using it for over 6 months now. I can see a real improvement in the area and the texture of the product is so light that it doesn’t clog up the under eye skin and sits well underneath other serums. Would recommend.

The best and only
This is the only eye serum that does not make my eyes puffy and seems to work diminishing the little lines around the eye. I also like it does not have any perfume/smell. For me it is not only the best but the only one.

Sound product but a bit pricey
I have used this for two weeks and it makes a difference - fine lines reduced. I apply before I go to bed and when I wake up the skin is plumped up. It is a bit expensive but I will re-purchase.
