General Use for hormonal changes:
Apply 3-4 drops of oil or as needed to fingertips, gently massage into intimate areas including perineal, inner and outer labia.
For best results use daily, or twice per day to improve elasticity, and reduce dryness.
Pregnancy Use:
To use as a prenatal massage oil; apply 3-4 drops daily from 34 weeks of pregnancy.
Post Pregnancy Use:
As above, apply 3-4 drops daily, (we recommend waiting until stitches are healed, and wounds are closed)

Nourishing oil
This feels nice and nourishing. I have been finding the skin at the top of my inner thigh has been feels dry so bought this oil to try. Within 2 applications my skin was back to normal. It is a safe product to use round your delicate area so worth a try if you suffer from any dryness.

Saw the reviews and thought to give it a try. It’s terrible - the oil sits on top of the skin and I went for a wax today thinking it would have helped but it’s worsened the area. Loads of built up dead skin and caused plenty of ingrown hairs. I get waxed every month and this time was excruciatingly painful. Even my wax lady told me to stop using it. Would be a good product if there were no hair follicles in the area (e.g after laser treatment) but this product isn’t suitable for your vaginal area

I purchased this on a bit of a whim, I absolutely LOVE it though. I lean towards dry skin and my skin in that area tends to be sensitive, this is wonderfully moistening, soothing and totally non-irritating. I've not been using it long enough to know whether or not it is actually boosting collagen in that area but it certainly makes everything feel good.
