Launched in 1994 by French make up artist and photographer François Nars, NARS has remained at the forefront of the beauty space with its collection of trend-led, high-performance covetable cosmetics (not to mention cheeky shade names too). Initially starting with 12 lipsticks, the brand has gone on to develop the Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation (30ml), a light-as-air formula that delivers long-lasting, luminous wear.

Its weightless formula is breathable, blendable *and* buildable to offer medium-to-full coverage that's ideally suited to normal, combination or oily skin types. As if that wasn't enough, it resists oxidisation to leave you with a complexion that stays true to colour all day long. Plus, there are plenty of shades to choose from, so finding the most flattering hue for your skin tone couldn't be simpler. The final flourish? It's infused with a smoothie of raspberry, apple and watermelon extracts to support a smoother-looking complexion and leave you looking naturally radiant.

Best foundation I've tried in years
Wore this foundation to several weddings this summer. I have dry combination skin with rosacea and acne texture/scarring. The foundation held up amazingly - it didn't look cakey or separate on my skin and lasted for hours. It also covered my redness and scarring and felt comfortable on my skin. I found that it balanced my combination skin well and I didn't need to keep re-applying powder. Best purchase I've bought all year. I have the shade "oslo" xxx

Total disappointment!
I feel like I wasted £35. It sits in fine lines and pores, separates and clings to every little dry patch. With radiant being in the name you'd expect it to be even slightly glowy, it's not... it's very matte. It also transfers onto everything. Such a disappointment after spending so much!!

I am quite fussy with foundation as I have combination skin thought I’d give this a go and I’m in love, can either do a full coverage look with it or a more natural look, lasts ages and works really well with the Nars concealer too!

Best foundation I've ever used
So many people have notice the difference with my skin since I start using the Nars Natural Radiant Longwear Foundation. Will be buying this again and again. It has taken me a long time and a lot of foundation to find the perfect match ☺️

Great finish
This foundation has a lovely finish and works better for the warmer months. You can build it up to full coverage and it looks just like skin. Not too noticeable at all. You don't really need much to cover the face because of the high pigmentation - so it will last really long! I did find it transferred a lot though, no matter what powder or setting sprays I use.

Lovely finish!
I have used the same full coverage foundation for over 10 years but began to find that it no longer suited my skin, drying and caking round my nose, etc. I tried a few foundations and struggled to find one which offered coverage and didn’t wear off in a few hours, that is until I tried this foundation! I have been wearing for a week and love the soft, flawless, luminous finish to it. It is long-wearing though perhaps not quite to the same extent as my previous foundation, setting spray and light powder helps. Mont Blanc is a beautiful colour match for fair girls with neutral undertones.
