Hailed as a true skin care visionary (he was one of the first to use acids in skin care), Dr. Murad has distilled his expertise into a comprehensive range of potent formulas to target every common skin concern – from dark spots to lost elasticity, no beauty woe has escaped his attention. Firm in his belief that healthy skin is integral to healthy mind and body, his targeted treatments prolong skin’s resilience – keeping it stronger for longer so you look enduringly luminous.
Your first line of defence between skin and the adverse effects of the plagues-of-the-age, Murad’s City Skin Age Defense Broad Spectrum SPF 50 works to deflect the five primary causes of damage.
Doing daily battle against UV rays, pollution and even blue light from our screens, skin had a lot to contend with – which is why Murad have developed a featherlight ‘force field’ to shield from the everyday onslaught. This advanced, fragrance free, 100% mineral sunscreen provides high factor, SPF 50 protection from the ageing effects of UVA and UVA rays – one of the primary contributing factors to fine lines and dark spots – while a polymer matrix forms a breathable ‘second skin’ that inhibits adhesion (and hence, penetration) of toxins. Suitable for all skin types with no ashy cast and colour-corrective technology, this brilliant blend has a luminous finish that grants skin a natural glow while providing protection from HEV rays, infrared radiation and particulate matter (think smoke, fumes and other skin-damaging radicals).

Too expensive for oily skin
I don't recommend this if you are prone to clogged pores. I think this is a good sunscreen but just not the right fit for my combination skin. Not worth the 60 euro's for me..

You won't find a better spf
I absolutely loved this mineral spf! I live in London, hence I wear spf every day and reapply at least 4 or 3 times a day depending on what I'm doing so I'm very picky about my spf. This one does not make my skin sticky, does not leave a white cast, and is very easy to apply /reapply. It's quite expensive and the bottle is somewhat small. However, it's just so good on my skin that I will definitely repurchase. I must add, I do not wear any make up except mascara and eyeshadow so it is easy for me to reapply during the day, it might be different for someone who wears foundation.

Perfect SPF for acne prone skin
I have struggled for so long to find an SPF for my skin, which is breakout-prone and a medium-dark complexion. There is no white cast and it does not cause breakouts. If anything it has cleared up my breakouts and leaves my skin literally glowing and dewy! For me, it is worth the £££

The best comprehensive sunscreen...,,
I’m really impressed with this Murad sunscreen, boasting an SPF of 50 which takes care of both UV, blue light and pollution! It also has a slight tint to stop grey/white caste and the consistency of an expensive moisturiser which makes the skin soft and smooth. Just wait five or ten minutes to let the sunscreen sink in before applying your usual moisturiser.

Perfect
Okay.. okay so I know this SPF is definitely on the pricey side but I absolutely love it! I’ve actually just ordered another one even though it hasn’t run out yet! I love that it has a thicker consistency yet it is so lightweight on the skin. Incredible under makeup, first SPF that hasn’t cause pilling. 10/10 from me

Tinted
When I squeezed the tube and saw the tint. I was worried about how it would look on my dark skin, but the worry was in vain as this was smoothed on easy with no white cast.. just a little expensive.

Interesting
I haven't decided if I like this or not yet. I love the fact that it is broad-spectrum SPF 50 but find the bottle odd and awkward to dispense the product from. I love that it is fragrance-free, but don't think I've seen the 'glow' that it promises to deliver, and for the price, I think I was expecting more.
