This product is a life saver on hot sticky days. When wearing a skirt my thighs chafe a bit and this stick has helped massively! It's not sticky, creates a silky surface helping protect the skin.

I've never used powder based products for chafing, this was my first one. I use this under tights. It did exactly what I wanted it to do. In fact, when I accidentally forgot it when I went away, it completely ruined my trip because I'd only packed tights. It leaves an almost oily 'feeling' on your skin once you use it, but it's pleasant when you're walking. Putting tights on over it didn't rub it away. With tights I would definitely top it up if you need to. My partner (male) also used it and loves it too.

When I started gaining weight noticed that my legs started rubbing against each other.
