I'd been looking for scrunchies for a while not and I notice such a difference using these as opposed to normal hairbands. I use it for everyday wear as well not just while I sleep! I've noticed such a difference especially when I'm taking my hair out of a style and my hair doesn't get caught and pull like other bands. I've got quite thick /medium length hair as well and they work great for me and I can easily put my hair in a bun with these.
