Vanilla isn't the star of the show
I used to work in fragrance so usually have a pretty high success rate when blind-buying. I would say that vanilla is definitely not at the heart of this fragrance. It's not a true gourmand to me and leads initially with boozy amber and patchouli notes. It is a lovely evening scent but don't be fooled, it doesn't read as a true vanilla.

Like not love
I like the perfume but I don’t love it, I’m a firm believer in scents smelling different on everyone. I thought I would love this and it smells great initially, however, after the dry down it just smells musky and not suited to me. I do believe that this scent may be better suited to others though!
