The instructions for this product are that you should use it 6 times consecutively and then after about every month. I have done my course of 6 treatments and my hair feels healthier and stronger and looks a lot better. Going to keep using monthly and hopefully my hair continues to improve! Pricey but using monthly makes it not so bad!

Does make a difference
It does make a difference from the first use, my hair does seem less damaged. I’ve used it 4 times so far and it says to use 6 times then use every couple of washes. I would say the biggest changes were after the 1st and second wash. I have curly, bleached hair and I will continue to use this product and one day buy the full size! It made my hair smoother, look less damaged and it feels like hair that hadn’t been bleached. It is still frizzy but I think that is just my hair type.
