I have dry, highlighted hair and K18 has helped it massively. I used this initially after every wash for about 6 washes then went to once every other wash. It’s so easy. Shampoo your hair, let it towel dry then use 1 pump and rub it vigorously in your palms until it has a more creamy consistency. This will help the mask stick to the hair better and it also almost doubles the amount of product due to the change in texture. I run my palms over my hair, concentrating on the ends but not ignoring my roots and lengths. Wait just 4 minutes and style your hair as usual. You might not notice much difference after the first time but after a few washes, my hair feels stronger and healthier. My hairdresser agreed! If you have coloured or damaged hair, you need this.

Ordered mini size which really is mini but as described you only need a little bit… I used this for a first time and I am not quite sure yet what it does but I like the idea of not rinsing off!
