Shampoo and rinse. Do not use conditioner, towel dry hair thoroughly, apply Leave-In Molecular Repair Mask and wait 4 minutes. Do not rinse out. After 4 minutes, apply styling products if desired and dry/style as usual.

Worth it!
This is the second bottle I've purchased and I do really like what this product does to my hair. You need to be patient with it as it will take some time for it to work but it significantly made my hair healthier.

Promising so far
I have long and damaged hair from regular highlights and heat damage. I’ve been using K18 since it first launched in the UK earlier this year and so far I’ve found it has helped reduce the amount of breakage I get in the lengths of my hair. I do use it how it recommends by using it every few washes by just shampooing then using K18 and after applying my styling products, my hair is moisturised enough considering I don’t use conditioner or a hair mask when using K18. However if I want to use K18 and a hair mask/conditioner, I shampoo then use K18 and leave it about 10 minutes before going in with the hair mask and rinsing it out after about 15 minutes. This technique isn’t in the instructions but a YouTuber I follow contacted K18 and they said it can also be used like this is you need added moisture.

Too expensive
My hairdresser recommended this to me and after using Olaplex I thought I’d give it a try as it’s only one step. I wasn’t convinced. The thought of not using conditioner alone freaks me out as my hair is so dry but I just don’t know if I could put my faith in this being enough. I think I’d need a bigger tube to try to give it a really good trail but is very expensive for what I felt like it did.
