This is just as described. It truly makes your hair shinier without having to use a lot of product. I have very thin straight hair so keeping the volume is super important and this doesn’t weigh it down or makes it greasy. It also has a lovely scent.

I’m always on the hunt for a silicone free oil because I do feel like a lot of oils just seem to disappear and not actually moisturise but create a coating on top. The best oil I have ever used for fry frizzy hair is the playa oil which cult beauty used to stock but it’s no longer available anywhere and I’m devastated! Anyway this oil in my opinion is fairly similar, it isn’t too heavy (silicone free oils can have a tendency to be very oily) and in the past when I’ve applied them to my fine but fry hair they’ve looked wet and I’ve had to wash it out. This doesn’t do that, I still can’t apply loads because of my hair texture but it’s lightweight, it hydrates and it smells lovely and the ingredients are impressive. It isn’t a miracle cure and not quite as good as the playa one which is why I’ve rated it 4 stars
