With a super-soft, velvety texture that blends seamlessly to lend skin an ethereal, soft focus glow, the buildable formula can be applied sparingly for subtle skin enhancement, or layered to achieve a stunning strobed effect.
A powder incarnation of Jouers best-loved {Highlighter}, this perfect Powder Highlighter diffuses flawlessly to draw attention to your favourite features. Incredibly pigmented and enriched with ultra-fine, luminosity-boosting pearls and light-refracting pigments, this can be worn alone or layered over Jouers gorgeous cream highlighter to achieve an intense, lit-from-within skin finish. Choose from Celestrial (duochrome lilac pink), Rose Gold (a bright metallic rose gold), 'Skinny Dip' (a golden peach) and Tan Lines (a shimmering deep peachy bronze), and use a brush (or fingertips) to dust along your cheekbones, brown bones, cupids bow and collarbones or anywhere you deem deserving of a little extra glitz.

too dark
seems like a really nice formula but unfortunately it didnt suit my skin tone, it way too dark :(

Super smuk og blød. Ligger flot på huden uden at give tekstur og glimmer, den giver mere et vådt look. Begge farver er flotte til lys og medium hudfarve. Kan klart anbefales ******* Super beautiful and soft. Looks nice on the skin without giving texture and shimmer, it gives more of a wet look. Both colors are great for light and a medium complexion. Can definitely be recommended

Rose quartz
This shade is more suitable to pale, quite cool toned individuals (if super pale, it might leave a pinkish cast). Very creamy highlighter that sticks amazingly to the skin leaving a subtle glow if you go with a light hand. It is also buildable if this is what you want to go for. Definitively not glittery. I have used it to highlight many different areas on my face and body and it looks super natural and blends like a dream!!

Skinny Dip
Ah this highlighter is amazing! I'm Indian with olive skin and it compliments my skin tone so much! a little goes a long way as its super pigmented so go with a light hand first and build it up!

Citrine and rose quartz
The most amazing highlighters I have ever tried! I have Becca, Ofra and Anastasia, but these give the most beautiful glowing effect, more like a wet skin finish. They are so finely milled and super reflective. At first I was not happy with the way they performed cuz I was using them with a highlighter brush, but as soon as I tried applying them with my bigger blush brush a bit on top of my blush oh my god! It changed my highlighting game so if you are hesitant about purchasing it YOU NEED IT!

One of my fave highlighters!
I bought this highlighter in the shade rose quartz and it’s literally one of my favourite highlighters! It’s silky and creamy not powdery at all, blends really nicely and lasts on the skin and is super beautiful! Can give you a natural glow or build up for an intense blinding highlight.
