Holy Grail
Jordan Samuel is the king of cleansers. This is lovely and starts off as a gel before melting into your face and breaking down your make-up/SPF. It smells fresh and leaves my skin clean and not tight. Love it and I’ll keep buying it as it’s my favourite first cleanse product.

Amazing cleanser
I LOVE this cleanser. It is so good for my dry, sensitive skin. It makes my skin feel so clean and comfortable, it is the only cleanser I have used that doesn't dry my skin out. Texture is really lovely. This is my new favourite, I will buy the biggest size next time. Thank you Jordan Samuel!

HG cleanser
I have very sensitive skin. It took me a long time to find a cleanser that worked for me and now that I have found this, it is my HG cleanser. I love the gel consistency. I use it as my morning cleanse and as my 2nd evening cleanse. It leaves my skin super soft.

Holy Grail Cleanser!
I bought the travel size of this, and just had to buy the larger size! This is the most effective yet gentle cleanser I've ever used, leaving my skin super clean, conditioned & plumped. I've recently started tretinoin, and have had no irritation using this cleanser! Make sure to use this on dry skin and massage into the skin well before getting any water near. If I'm wearing heavy makeup, I'll make sure to use a lightly exfoliating washcloth to best rinse off.

Incredible
This is a must-have! So gentle yet removes every trace of makeup. There is no irritation, no redness, it really is super gentle. It leaves my skin feeling soft and supple with no residue. I will definitely repurchase!

I tried bought this cleanser a while ago and got the small bottle to test but now I'm buying the biggest one. It feels so luxurious to put on the face and I always leave with a fresh glow. I've got spotty, dry skin.

Not OK for my oily skin
I think this cleanser could be great for people with a different skin type than mine. I have an olive complexion and my skin type is oily and usually NOT sensitive at all. This cleanser doesn't emulsify no matter what I do, it just sits on my skin and my skin turns red, have tried it on different occasions over the period of one month, I am sorry that I do not love it, but it doesn't put me off from buying any other JSS products.

Not for me
I was keen to try this for my sensitive skin, as it has good ingredients and no fragrance. But it just isn't for me. Didn't like it as a first or second cleanse. It didn't remove my makeup easily and it does leave a lot of residue behind, even if you're using a cloth or a foreo. I'll finish my bottle but, sadly won't be repurchasing.

My Absolute Favorite Cleanser!
I’m on my third tube of this! It’s super luxurious, effective and leaves my skin smooth and hydrated. I double cleanse with it each night, with a face cloth. I have dehydrated skin which is pretty sensitive and prone to redness on the cheeks.

Not for my sensitive skin
I know oil's don't usually react well with my skin but I had read a lot of positive reviews about this cleanser for sensitive skin. Unfortunately, this product made my 56-year-old skin red, hot, irritable and extremely uncomfortable. My face felt like had a film over it. I tried again a couple of days later and that was no better. I would not recommend it.
