Its fine
For someone who used to rock this look in the 90s I have to say that you can still get the same look, just as blendable with a lip pencil. It does stain, which is a bonus but I've had it for two weeks and even keeping it upright, the 'ink' isn't as deep as when I first used it. You're supposed to pair this with a huda lip oil, I have found that any lip oil looks good, not just the Huda one

Best lip stain liner on the market
As the title suggests, this is the best of its kind available right now. Application is easy and quick and the result is anywhere from a natural lip contour to a proper dark precision liner. However, it dries out very quickly. I’ve not had it long snd already its going a little dry.

This Huda Beauty Lip Srain in Baby Pink is just the right shade to pop on & it looks so natural ~ like your own lips ~ but better. I'm able to delineate the contours of my lips (particularly my top lip) to look fuller ~ & it has tremendous staying power ~ will stay on all day & all night ~ unless you use a Lip Mask (Laneige is a good one) overnight ~ then you can just wipe it clear when you get up. I prepared the outside of my lips (contour) with a q tip ~ to take off any surplus moisturiser first ~ then swiftly line & go over the line until I'm pleased with the result. I now have 3 of these beauties all stored nib down to keep them active. A winner ~ I highly recommend at the price "-)x

Great but not nude
Despite the mixed reviews, I went ahead and I’m pleased I did. I’ve had no issues with it drying out. However the nude is slightly darker than expected and can leave you looking a little nineties if your lipstick/gloss wears off and the liner remains! Either do a fine line or blend the liner during application to avoid this look!

Great idea poor execution
I wanted to love this product and I totally bought into the social media hype , truly these are the worst product I’ve used in a very long time of being a make up wearer. The idea is so clever , but I don’t know whats letting it down it’s either the tip being too flocked or it’s just the component not releasing the stain, I don’t know but I’ve purchased 3 given them a good few weeks and I absolutely don’t recommend. huda is a brand I love and I truly believe that these can be excellent, but this version isn’t it.
