Starting at the base of the lashes, pull mascara brush straight through from root to tip. One application provides an instant effect, but additional coats add intense definition, length and lift. To remove, splash warm water onto eyes. Gently use fingers to lift mascara from the lashes.

Not perfect, but I keep repurchasing
Gives a dramatic effect, but isn't too clumpy Lasts well through a full 3 month plus cycle Removes easily Rarely smudges -as I get older, it's harder and harder to find mascaras that don't smudge on me (even waterproof!) But this one does pretty well. I've been looking for a cheaper alternative but no luck yet. I've tried some other pricy ones too (lancome) but they can't beat this.

Absolute belter
I adore both Hourglass mascaras, this one I use when I know I'm going to be outside more or the skin around my eyes is feeling sensitive. The tubing formula means no smudging, no dropping and it just comes off with warm water and facewash in the evening. It's the best, cruelty free Tubing Mascara I've found. Previous a fan of the Kevin Aucoin one and number 7 one - this one beats them both. It's quite pricey, but one of the few products I'm willing to spend more on.

Super black but quite smudgy
I'd heard amazing this about this mascara and want to love it more than I do! It's super volumizing and really black, but just seems to go clumpy and then flake onto my cheeks which is such a shame.

Best tubing mascara
I’ve tried many tubing mascaras and find this the most lifting and volumizing lasting until I remove in the evening. I find the first week it is most ‘wet’ and goes onto my lids during application but after that it’s the best one I’ve tried.

Lovely mascara
I normally buy Lancome Hypnose which I love. I do like Hourglass products as they don't test on animals. Nice mascara, although I do use a clean mascara brush to fluff the lashes out as they can stick together a little whilst the mascara is new and the brush can overload a little. But all in all a lovely luxurious mascara.

Doesn’t smudge or transfer
Best thing about this mascara is that it doesn’t smudge or transfer which can be hard to find. It looks lovely on the bottom lashes also which I never usually do as other mascaras end up giving me panda eyes. It doesn’t give extreme length or volume. It’s a more natural everyday mascara. The packaging is luxe.

Could be the Perfect Mascara!?
I love this mascara. It lengthens and separates with no clumping. More volume can be added by wiggling the brush at the base of lashes but one coat is enough for me. It's very black and it hasn't transferred onto my lower lash area yet. I'm really glad I picked this Hourglass mascara. Good mascara's are so hard to find!!
