One of the brand’s divine ‘Odeurs d’Egypte’ candles, it celebrates the sacred rituals and myths of ancient Egypt – while smelling absolutely divine, naturally. Beautifully packaged, it's inspired by the ‘hidden god’ Amon and scented with traditional incense, rose and patchouli, on a voluptuous base of sandalwood and cedar wood. Wrapped in woody notes, Amon is an homage to the mysterious ancient Egyptian ‘hidden god’ that, as the myth has it, no one could set eyes on. Encapsulating this mysterious story, this candle is scented with notes of traditional incense, subtly sweet patchouli and vanilla-like tonka bean, opening with head notes of rose and aldehydes and carried on an irresistibly woody base of sandalwood and cedar. Golden inside with a mosaic-pink exterior, the beautiful jar makes a great addition to any room – and the handcrafted box in which is comes is decorated with hieroglyphs and acronyms that hint at the legendary civilisation it celebrates.

It is important to trim wick before each use. When using the candle for the first time, keep the candle alight until the entire surface is covered in liquid wax. This should take approximately 1 hour and will ensure a more effective, even burn for all future uses. Depending on where the candle is placed it has a burn time of 65-70 hours.
