Changed my skin...
I initially used this in conjunction with another cleanser in my PM routine, but have since opted for just a single cleanse with Green Clean instead. It smells gorgeous and has citrus/lime sort of scent to it, while being so soft to the skin. It really does melt away everything (and I wear quite heavy makeup) and is a joy to use at the end of the day! My skin has cleared up considerably since I introduced this cleanser to my routine, with the only slight downside being it goes out of stock so quickly!

My favourite
I first tried this on my wedding day, my makeup artist packed my face on with everything under the sun for a full on glam look. I wanted my makeup removal to be plain sailing, and I tried this for the first time and fell in love. It took off stubborn waterproof mascara, eyeshadow, foundation, you name it, it came off pretty easily! I also like the smell, it hasn't bothered me up until this day. I apply it with the spatula provided, and rub it in to my skin, it melts beautifully, and when all the colours mix together, you do look like a clown, but once washed off, its amazing. It leaves my skin feeling soft too! Will definitely be repurchasing this!

Nice
I like this, it does the job well and melts away your makeup. I like the smell and the green colour. You get a lot of product in the tub and only need to use a little bit. It didn't break me out in spots which a lot of products tend to do. I would recommend it

First time writing a review ever.
I have never written a review, like ever. But I had to for this. This is the holy grail. I use this every night to melt my make-up before I use my regular cleanser. I have tried other make-up removers but this is by far the best. It lasts a long time too because you only need to use a little bit, so the price is worth it!

Not really a 'balm' kinda balm
I initially really liked this cleanser. I purchased it in the spring and as the weather started to warm up I liked the clean scent, the 'light' feel compared to my winter balms, and the fact that it emulsifies (I don't emulsify anything but instead read it as 'comes off really easily with a flannel' which is good for rushed mornings etc!). But after a while of consistent use I started to feel like it was missing something. When I purchased I bought it for the 'balm' bit of the name and ignored the make up 'melt away' bit (applies to most balms anyway) - but actually it feels like it only really does the make up bit! I like the feel of stuff kind of gripping my skin and massaging in- this feels like it just slides over the top and doesn't feel nourishing at all. I hadn't realised how important it was to me to feel like I work a cleanser into my skin, but this made me realise! I think it will be great if you wear a lot of make up or SPF, have to double cleanse and need the first step to be really efficient and gentle. Or if you have oily skin and want to use a balm to remove makeup but your vocab usually features 'greasy' and 'residue' (this is/has neither!). But if you're a single cleanse person and want to cleanse and nourish both at once, this probably isn't the balm for you. It still gets 4 stars because there are lots of reasons to love it but for me, it isn't going to be a repurchase.

Such a joy to use
I am looking forward to using this cleanser every day - it has such an amazing smell, texture and colour. But most importantly, it is actually a wonderful cleanser! I use it as a first cleanser and it is absolutely amazing at removing makeup. My only problem with it is, that I have very sensitive eyes, and even though it doesn't irritate my eyes at all (which almost all eye makeup removers do), it does leave a greasy "film" over my eyes, which can be annoying. Another little thing is, that it is not quite as hydrating as I had hoped, especially because of the beautiful balm-to-oil formula.

Great product
After hearing about it by a YouTuber, I decided this to give it a go and I am glad I did. It is an amazing product, melts my make up like a dream. It is expensive and that is the only downside I have.

This is a must!
So I decided to give this a go, after hearing from many YouTubers, I have really sensitive skin and the fact it makes it so easy to take off makeup now it doesn't seem like a chore! Before with other cleansers and makeup removers, it used to take ages but with this literally, it removes my makeup completely. Now, this is deffo replacing my other makeup removers.

Holy grail
This product is amazing it breaks down all of your makeup. It makes your face hydrated the smell is lovely, and the best thing about this is you don't have to rub it in so hard just gently massage your skin and it will break down all the makeup and then get a wet warm towel and remove everything well that's what I do its perfect.
