Encouraging you to get up close and personal with your skin, Drunk Elephant dreams up formulas designed to be mixed and matched to create a smoothie to satisfy all your complexion's cravings. Blended with active ingredients, the brand's signature solutions look to protect your moisture barrier while balancing and maintaining pH levels. The Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream (50ml) is here to answer your skin's SOS call for quenched, nourished skin that looks its healthiest.
Your skin never knew hydration... until now. Taking ceramides and blending these with six African oils then whipping all this into a cream, the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream (50ml) has the luxurious texture of a rich face cream without feeling suffocating or heavy.
Formulated with marula oil, which is high in antioxidants and omegas to give the skin a powerful dose of hydration, this must-have also stars mongongo to defend against environmental aggressors and baobab provides moisturising and soothing benefits. Elsewhere in the formula, kalahari melon is a super hydrating, rejuvenating oil, and ximenia is rich in vitamin C, making it fantastic at brightening the look of skin. Produced at an ideal pH level of 5.5, Lala Retro Whipped Cream prevents skin from looking dull or dry while delivering a steady dose of moisture during night and day.

Moisturise me
I have eczema prone, hormonal, combination skin and was worried that this would cause me to break out. I needn't have worried. It provides serious hydration without clogging my pores. It hasn't changed my life but it has become a staple in my routine and I would recommend it to others struggling to find a product to treat problem skin.

Can’t get used to the scent.
An overall good moisturiser but I expected more for the price. I have combination skin and believe this moisturiser would suit most skin types. It makes my skin extremely soft! Despite this, it sits on my skin during the day and smells like playdough which I just can’t get used to therefore I don’t find myself reaching for it and won’t be repurchasing. Packaging is high-end as with all drunk elephant, recently tried an F-balm sample and personally preferred this product a lot more.

Best product ever. Together with all the other products and the everyday cocktails, I make out of them my skin went from bad to perfect. I am getting so many compliments and makeup is nothing i really need anymore

Repurchased
I have very dry skin and only very thick creams worked for me during winter, however this winter this cream did the trick. It has a strange smell but I got used to it. I use this during the day and the REN balm for the night and my skin did not flake (it is true that this winter was mild, with very few days below 0).

Solid moisturizing
Its thick, absorbs very well, doesn't leave an oily finish. Great moisturizer, it doesn't do any wonders but makes you feel comfortable with your skin for the dry/combination/dehydration prone ones. Solid moisturizing.

Great moisturiser
After reading all the reviews, I decided to take the plunge and purchased this moisturiser. And it didn't disappoint. After using for just over 2 weeks, my skin feels soft and hydrated, and although it is a bit expensive, it is definitely worth it. I will buy it again.

Very happy with this product
Excellent for harsh winter weather (my skin is extremely dehydrated and sensitive). Love the applicator. No scent. Skin looks and feels very good. Also, I’ve noticed it slayed my dark circles (I yet have to find an eye cream that can do that). Bravo!

Does the job
It’s very thick and heavy but surprisingly does not feel heavy within a few minutes of applying. It absorbs really well. I would definitely purchase again.

Favorite product!
This is absolutely the best face cream I’ve ever tried! Keeps the skin moisturized the whole day and somehow makes the foundation look better as well. Love it!

Worth the money!
I needed a new moisturiser as my skin particularly around the nose area was still dry. After reviewing lots of moisturisers Drunk Elephant was a brand that kept appearing. I decided to purchase this moisturiser and I’m glad I did. It isn’t oily and a little really does go a long way. I also love the dispenser. I will buy it again.
