Wonderful

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

I love this cream; I have bought quite a few DE products and they are all good, but this is my favourite. It is great for my sensitive mature skin, and very moisturising. I do wish DE would rethink its packaging though ...it must be a very expensive part of the product but even if it is really stylish it is so wasteful, and I think they need to be more mindful of the environment.

Super moisturising and gentle

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

After nearly a decade of searching for the right moisturizer for my dry and ultra sensitive skin, I think I finally found the one. This cream is really emollient, which means that it might not be suitable for oily skin, but it can really help those who suffer from dryness like me. It also feels very soothing and calming after cleansing, and it makes redness disappear as well. Lastly, I've observed that overtime this cream made my skin more youthful and radiant. 10 out of 10 for this one!

Great for replenishing the skin barrier

This is a nice, nourishing cream. Despite being such a rich cream, it doesn't feel heavy at all when I apply it. I purchased the full-size tub after receiving a sample. Surprisingly, I love the dispensing mechanism. It means the cream doesn't dry out if I forget to put the cap back on when I'm in a hurry! I use less than 1 pump at the end of my routine. This cream is definitely helping protect my skin during the dry, cold, windy months. No regrets. Worth the money in my opinion.

Really good

It makes my skin soft. I use it at night but it's great under makeup too. The dispenser is great, you don't have to use your fingers, it's more hygienic. I would recommend and buy it again.

Great moisturizer

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

Great moisturiser for the winter months! I have combination skin and during the colder months, I also suffer from lackluster skin and dry patches. Since using this cream I rarely experience those problems anymore. It is very nourishing and it makes my skin feel soft. Some people with oilier skin may find the cream a bit heavy, but I really liked the consistency. The packaging is clever and hygienic. The price is pretty high, but I haven't found any moisturiser that is quite like it. I've been using it for over a year and I will continue to do so!

Whipped like a dream

I can't recommend this product enough. I have quite dry and sensitive skin but this seems to absorb making your skin feel silky smooth lasting throughout the day. I also love how it has been packaged as you can add serums or foundation with ease after you've pushed up the amount you need. I am almost running out and will defiantly be buying again.

Yes this is expensive but it leaves your skin looking amazing, I use it at night and in the morning my skin looks refreshed. I also really like the dispenser - gives you just the right dose.

Best moisturizer ever

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is by far the best moisturizer I've tried! On to my second jar now! It makes my skin so soft and smooth and works very well with other skincare products. But I also love to combine it with the other products in the Drunk Elephant range. A must try if you haven’t yet!

Saviour

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is a dry skin saviour. A really, really great moisturizer for us dry girls - dry skin needs oils and good emollients, not so much water and this moisturizer is very oil-based. Great ingredients, I love that they added ceramides recently. Moisturizer is rich, very nourishing but doesn't feel too heavy on the face. Only minus that it's pricey and you can't see through the jar how much is left.

Good cream

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

Skin type: dry, needs a good skincare routine to be normal. Also rosacea. This cream really has a unique texture, it's creamy but more fluffy, so I agree with them calling it a "whipped cream" formula. The packaging is quite clever, but it bothers me that I can't check how much product there is left. Application is smooth, you need only half a pump to cover your face. It sinks into the skin quite quickly, leaving almost a matte finish, but when I touch my skin I can still feel it a little. It doesn't irritate my rosacea or acne. It has a slight smell, thankfully it's no added fragrance, just the usual "creamy smell". I do agree that the price is too high, which is why I give it 4 stars. Great product but because of the price I'm a bit hesitant to repurchase. Only if this cream lasts me a full year I might change my mind... let's see :)
