It is a lovely hydrating cream. I saw someone said that the pump is broken, unfortunately my pump is also broken, the cream does come out but the amount is not always the same and it is not their usual flower shape. However, I love the cream and it is really nice and hydrating. I use epiduo gel (adapalane and benzoyl peroxide) so my skin gets extremely dry and sensitive. It is very thick so it can be a bit harder to spread, what I love to do is mix it with the lala retro for an amazing amount of hydration.

My skin has been tight, dry and red lately so I’ve been giving this a go to repair my skin barrier. Drunk Elephant products aren’t cheap but worth the price tag in my opinion. This is so thick and luxurious to apply and feels very soothing on the skin. It leaves my skin looking bouncy and hydrated. There's been a subtle improvement in the redness of my skin and a noticeable improvement in the texture. Recommend!

Super skin healer, small packaging issues
I’m moving away from using acids as my skin always seems annoyed by them, so I wanted something to use regularly that will help my skin barrier. I bought this on a whim based on other reviews and it was absolutely worth the risk of parting with the cash because my skin is looking the best it has in years after a few weeks, with just double cleanse, LED mask, then this. No “I must exfoliate again” texture, no redness, just super healthy and glowy skin. I generally have combo skin and this doesn’t leave it greasy or congested or cause breakouts unlike most other thick moisturisers do. Only issues are that the pump dispenser doesn’t always dispense the full amount, i can’t see how to get into the packaging to actually get at all the product, and I’ve seen other DE products are refillable and I’m not sure if this one is as well but it should be. Other than the packaging issues, holy grail.
