Like wearing a filter!

I love this stuff! I wear it instead of foundation. Makes your skin look like you are wearing a filter, it also has SPF in which is a bonus

Great Lockdown coverage!

4 stars out of a maximum of 5

It is a great product for those in lockdown who want to have an even complexion but do not want to use any heavy makeup products. It has a green creamy texture and it adjusts to your skin tone. At the same time, it doesn't have enough coverage to camouflage any imperfections.

Not a “treatment” it’s makeup

1 stars out of a maximum of 5

This is not a treatment, it’s a base for make with white/beige pigment. I mistakenly brought this thinking is was a mask or cream that would improve my skin over time. But no this is more like a cc cream, and the colour isn’t subtle. I’m a brown girl. Things did not go well.

Does the job

Helps to even out my skin tone prior to applying foundation. You don't need too much product on your skin. I bought the 50ml jar which will last a long time. A definite re-purchase.

Not for us olive skinned babes

2 stars out of a maximum of 5

Honestly, if you have olive skin tone, or any kind of olive undertone, DON'T waste your money. It looks like I put on an awfully wrong shade of foundation and it made me look ill.

It works, but not for everyone

3 stars out of a maximum of 5

Ok, first of all, it applies wonderfully, it does lighten the skin a bit and the texture is really nice. But, I personally like cc creams because my face is really red at times and this does not eliminate the redness all the way. It looks like there is a thin layer is low coverage foundation on my face and the redness is still visible. With this, I look pale pink. Also I can see small beige particles on my skin so it does not melt into the skin per se. My skin is oily, but dehydrated most of the time.I doubt I would wear this alone, I might need a foundation on top to sort of finish the look. If you have a slightly flushed skin that is more on the oily an not dehydrated side - this would be great for you. But if the redness is moderate to severe or if your skin is slightly dehydrated - you are better off using something else. I personally use the cc cream from erborian and it is 10 times better than this one, at least for me and my difficult skin type.I will use this in my makeup routine between the makeup primer and foundation to minimise the redness, but I will not repurchase it.

This surprised me

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

I recently received a sample of this and the serum. I was so sceptical as it is a very thick green cream, and when I applied it and started to rub it in it looked like it wasn't going to change colour. Then it started and looked way too dark and thick to match my skin. I persevered. And wow. I'm going to buy a pot as soon as I get paid. This is perfect as I'm working from home and don't want to wear foundation and a full face around the house. It gives me a nice even skin tone and makes me look more fresh and awake.

It does what it says but....

Other people are commenting across social media and in reviews that this is a good replacement for foundation. This might be the case for those with younger skin who are not looking for medium to full coverage. I am 39 and when I wear foundation I like it to have medium to full coverage. I would not use this product to replace my foundation but would wear it on days where I plan to be make up free, but where I want to even out my skin tone. It’s been great during lockdown for going out for walks, for example. It is too heavy to wear under foundation but looked nice with some highlighter and blush on top. I have rosacea and it didn’t cover it completely but did reduce the redness. So overall I like it! Not sure I will buy it again though.

Increadible

5 stars out of a maximum of 5

It’s amazing and lightweight and it gives a very beautiful natural finish after you apply it. You do have to wait a few minutes for it to even out to your skin tone so just be patient. I’d for sure recommend it!

Thick, heavy, collects in pores

2 stars out of a maximum of 5

I wanted to love this, and was advised to leap in and get the large pot because it suits every skin colour. It’s a disaster on my face. It highlights every pore with a dot of white (and yes, I am rubbing it a little to get it to turn beige). If there is a tiny bit of skin, this cream highlights it. Even on fairly perfect skin (away from my T-zone) it is very obvious, making my skin look dry and old. I do have the Erborian CC Creme, which is very similar, but that goes on smoothly and really is invisible.
