Step 1: Wash and tone face. Apply a generous amount of the gel-like serum in the ampoule directly to skin.
Step 2: Apply the Cryo Rubber Mask to the face. Start with the lower portion and adjust gently towards the ears, follow with the upper portion.
Leave on for 30 to 40 minutes for maximum absorption. Remove mask, lightly massage in any excess.

Brilliant for damaged skin.
I went a little too heavy handed on tretinoin recently and completely destroyed my moisture barrier and gave myself a hefty little burn around my mouth. I had bought this a week before and thought it would be a good time to try it out. Luckily, I was right. The process of applying the mask is very luxurious, with this thick gel hyaluronic acid that your apply to your skin. There is a large amount of this gel, more than enough for your face and neck. Then you next apply the rubber mask, which stays in place for the most part, only needing to be adjusted if you talk or emote a lot. My skin was left feeling less tight, it was glowing, and just altogether felt much better despite the burn. I would definitely purchase again.

Moisturising but a bit of a pain to wear.
I bought this mask because my skin was feeling dehydrated from overdoing chemical exfoliates. It definitely helped to calm and hydrate my skin. However the mask comes in 2 parts so while I was tidying up it kept sliding down. So it's probably best to enjoy this mask while chilling out completely to make sure it stays on.. which I suppose isn't necessarily a bad thing to be encouraged into!
