Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. I'm not sure what I was expecting exactly but for the price this is good, just not great. It made my hair look a bit smoother (particularly because I had post-partum hair loss and regrowth so I have lots of short fluffy bits). I noticed it being smoother, but I can't imagine anyone else would notice too much. If it was cheaper I would repurchase but for the price I won't.

I'm undecided on if I like this product or not. I've used it a few times now, experimenting with the quantity, but I find it always leaves a weird film on my hair that doesn't have a nice feel to it . Since this also says not to use styling products whereas my hair is quite dry and frizzy and it needs a cream/ leave in conditioner for that moisture which means this product doesn't with very well. I can see the potential but I'm not convinced

Not great on curly hair
My curly hair didn’t respond well to this product. The instructions state that you need to use heat along with TENSION to gain best results. As I always use a diffuser, tension is not a good thing for curls. I ended up with a lot of wispy frizz. It did feel very soft though.
