Shampoo, condition and towel dry. Divide hair into sections, then spray liberally and evenly on damp (not wet) hair. Do not apply other styling products to damp hair. This has really helped my curly frizzy hair. I blow dry it a lot and with this product I’ve noticed a difference with it being smoother all over and less frizzy. You have to use quite a lot of the product in one application to notice the difference.
