Love this but can’t wear on its own
I wish I could wear alone but it seems a bit too glowy, and no coverage, looks a bit too much for day to day, tend to blend with another stick foundation for a light coverage

Glowy
I put off buying this for a while as I knew it wasn’t a full coverage foundation and I’d been dealing with hyperpigmentation which I was struggling to cover even with correctors. I’m currently on a journey of treating that and with my skin looking better I decided to finally try this. I’ve never used a stick foundation before, but I thought I’d give it a go. A few people have likened this to the Flawless Filter but in stick form; I’d disagree. It’s glowy but not as glowy as FF. Some people have said it gives a bit of a disco ball look, but again I would disagree! It gives me a bit of healthy colour but allows my skin to come through and is glowy but not wildly. I have combination skin but it’s drier in the areas I’m treating the hyperpigmentation, but this helps me not look like I’m cracking and flaking like a desert! In my oilier areas (T zone) I’ve been using a little Hourglass ambient lighting powders. I don’t want to get rid of the glow by powdering down too much. Overall, this is a skin tint more than a foundation, it’s easy enough to use and it can be built up in the areas you need more coverage CAREFULLY. I say carefully because it can start to go patchy if not blended gently over existing layers. It’s a nice product for the better skin days!

Hollywood Flawless Filter in a stick
I adore Hollywood Flawless Filter so when I saw this I was super intrigued to try it. It is very similar to Hollywood Flawless Filter but in an easier to control form. I love how easy it is to swipe across my face and I use my hands to blend in. It is glowy but not too much that you can’t use it alone. Perfect for days where you don’t want too much coverage. This is also a great item for travel - easy to pop in your bag and use on the go! I think the shades are quite flexible. I’m fair but use shade 3 in this. A great item!

A surprising hero product
I waited for a year to get this. Initially watched a lot of reviews claiming it did not have enough coverage and it was too shiny. So ended up always dropping it from my cart. CT line has the olive shade 5 which is my perfect summer match even in her Beautiful Skin foundation so this summer I pulled the trigger and got the stick in 5. And boy did that surprise. I have oily combo skin that has some texture and pores (37f) and none of my fears towards this product happened. It blurs the skin so perfectly, covers on my tanned skin everything I need to cover, it is not glittery nor too shiny just creates a perfect dewy summer look and it does not emphasise pores. The shade 5 is a gorgeous olive tone. It is not greasy or turn greasy on my oily T-zone either. Its just magic. I only use concealer on top for under eyes and possible spot concealing but otherwise this is enough. Even my husband looked at my face when for a long time when I tried it and was like "how do you look so gorgeously glowing today". So that is an ultimate approval. Will be using this all summer. I think the trick is not to get too light shade as that may turn highlighter like.

If you have skin on the dry side, don't love full coverage base products and live for dewy skin - this is your jackpot! I personally love it for my skin and the looks I like to create. If you're on the oilier side you might not love it as much, so it's not completely universal, but worth a try in person perhaps.
